• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal role
• Proficiency in C++, Python, or Java for developing high-performance applications
• Strong experience with software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
• Knowledge of 3D printing technologies, CAD/CAM software, or manufacturing processes is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership skills and experience mentoring junior engineers
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment with strong communication skills
