• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Knowledge of interaction design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and design systems
