• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech startups or venture capital ecosystems
• Proven track record of launching successful products from ideation to market

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with product tools like Jira, Figma, or Aha!
• Familiarity with the Latin American startup landscape is a plus
