AgileEngine is seeking a seasoned Senior/Lead Product Manager to spearhead product strategy and execution for cutting-edge software solutions. In this remote role, you'll collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact products that meet market needs and drive customer satisfaction.

As a Senior/Lead Product Manager at AgileEngine, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will own the end-to-end product roadmap, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis to identify opportunities, defining product vision and features, prioritizing backlogs in collaboration with engineering leads, and measuring success through KPIs like user engagement and revenue growth. You will work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive experiences and with sales and marketing to ensure go-to-market success.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Proven track record of launching successful products in the software or tech industry
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar
• Experience with market research, user analytics, and A/B testing
