• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management, user story creation, and prioritization techniques.
• Knowledge of health industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages advantageous.
