Ricardo is a global engineering and technology company specializing in advanced simulation and testing solutions for the mobility and energy sectors. We are seeking a dedicated Product Support - Renewals Administrator to join our customer success team on a remote contract basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the renewals process for our suite of engineering software products, including CAE tools and simulation platforms. Your primary duties will include reviewing upcoming subscription expirations, contacting clients to facilitate smooth renewals, processing payments and contract updates, and resolving any billing or licensing queries. You will collaborate closely with sales, support, and technical teams to ensure that customer needs are met proactively, minimizing churn and maximizing product adoption.
Key aspects of the position involve maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, analyzing renewal trends to identify upsell opportunities, and generating reports on renewal metrics for management review. You will also assist in onboarding new customers to our subscription model, providing guidance on features and benefits to encourage long-term engagement.
