In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for users experiencing issues with our suite of design and make software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Maya. You will diagnose technical problems, provide step-by-step resolutions, and escalate complex cases to engineering teams as needed.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to support tickets via email, chat, and phone; documenting interactions in our CRM system; and contributing to knowledge base articles to empower self-service support. As a remote contractor, you will collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless user experiences across EMEA regions.
