• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in production management, ideally in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
