• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within the IT or systems integration industry
• Proven track record of managing hybrid (on-site and remote) teams and projects with budgets exceeding $500K
• Strong knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies, with certifications like PMP or Scrum Master being advantageous
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in stakeholder management and risk assessment
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
• Fluency in English and Spanish; ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Experience with systems integration, vendor management, and compliance in the Mexican market
