• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in technology or manufacturing sectors
• Proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously with budgets exceeding $1M
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational skills
