• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering project management, with a focus on power distribution, control systems, and automation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software
• Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and international electrical regulations
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with effective communication tools
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus
