• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within civil infrastructure or engineering sectors
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in civil engineering and infrastructure development
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally to project sites
