• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or consulting environment
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable
• Experience with agile methodologies and remote team coordination
