• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT services
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with budgets exceeding $500K
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with global teams
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
