• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality control or assurance within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements such as FDA and EMA guidelines
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing quality teams and implementing quality management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in quality testing methodologies and statistical tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus
