• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in quality control or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing or cable production
• Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and familiarity with inspection tools and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
