• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or gaming industry.
• Proficiency in tools like MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar authoring software.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and APIs.
• Excellent bilingual skills in English and French, with the ability to write technical content in both languages.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
