We are looking for a React developer to contribute to our internal component library. This contract role involves building, testing, and documenting new UI components that will be used across all of our web applications. You should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating reusable, high-quality code. You will work closely with our design systems team to ensure components are accessible, performant, and consistent with our brand guidelines.

Join our platform team as a React Component Library Contributor and help us build the foundation of our user interfaces. Your role will be to expand this library with new, robust, and well-designed components.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop new UI components in React and TypeScript based on design specifications.
• Write thorough unit and integration tests for each component to ensure reliability.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for components, including usage examples and prop descriptions (we use Storybook).
• Ensure all components meet our accessibility (WCAG) and performance standards.
• Refactor and improve existing components as needed.
• Collaborate with designers and product developers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
