In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our real estate agents and management by handling a variety of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and organizing property listings, managing client files and correspondence, scheduling appointments and showings, and assisting with contract preparation and follow-ups. You will also handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring all communications are professional and timely. Additionally, you will maintain databases, generate reports on sales and market trends, and coordinate office supplies and logistics.
