• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or software industry
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational skills
