Basware, a global leader in procure-to-pay and e-invoicing solutions, is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA South to spearhead our expansion in key southern European markets including France, Italy, Spain, and beyond.
In this pivotal role, you will own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise clients, from lead generation and opportunity development to closing complex deals and fostering long-term partnerships. You will develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Basware's overarching goals, leveraging data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and navigate competitive landscapes.
Reporting to the VP of Sales EMEA, you will lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and motivation to achieve ambitious quarterly and annual targets. Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams will be essential to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and superior customer experiences.
