• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders for timely releases
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial sectors is a plus
