• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software application management, preferably in transportation or travel sectors
• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development technologies, including Java, Python, and cloud services like AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Trello, and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure environments
• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
• Experience with data analytics and user experience design for information systems
