• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in risk analysis, strategy development, or financial services
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, fraud detection, and risk assessment methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex findings effectively
