• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management using methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Jira, Confluence, and SQL
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Experience in consulting services, particularly in IT or business transformation projects
• PMP or CBAP certification is highly desirable
