• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis using tools like Visio, Jira, or SQL
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
