• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, deployment, and customization
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web services (SOAP/REST)
• Strong understanding of identity governance, LDAP, Active Directory, and other IAM protocols
• Experience with connectors for applications like SAP, Oracle, and cloud services
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA
