In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our sales team's effectiveness by developing and implementing enablement programs, analyzing sales performance data, and creating resources that align with our business objectives.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales leadership to identify gaps in processes and training, designing customized training materials and playbooks, and tracking the impact of enablement initiatives through metrics and KPIs. You will also support the integration of new sales technologies and ensure seamless adoption across the team.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and passionate about sales success. With a focus on equipment rental industry trends, you will help Herc Rentals maintain its position as a leader in providing reliable rental solutions to construction, industrial, and events sectors.
This position requires the REMOTE_CERTIFIED project type and the Data Analyst certification to ensure proficiency in handling sales data effectively.
