As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic SAP Business Analyst MM/FICO to join our IT and finance teams on a remote contract basis.

In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing current SAP processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending optimized configurations for the MM and FICO modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across procurement, inventory management, financial reporting, and cost controlling to ensure seamless integration and compliance with global standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting workshops to gather requirements, developing functional specifications, supporting system testing and go-live activities, and providing ongoing user support and training. You will also contribute to SAP enhancement projects, troubleshoot issues, and leverage your expertise to support data accuracy and reporting for strategic decision-making in our solar production and sales operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with proven expertise in MM (Materials Management) and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations and configurations.
• Proficiency in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools like SAP BW or BI.
• Knowledge of solar industry operations or manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; German proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
