Continental is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Functional SPOC for the PP module to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of production planning processes in our global automotive operations. As the SAP S/4 HANA Functional SPOC for PP at Continental, you will serve as the key expert and point of contact for all production planning functionalities within our SAP ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, configuring the PP module to align with manufacturing needs, and ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and QM.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, including plant managers, IT teams, and external consultants, to design and deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support our automotive innovation goals. This involves leading workshops, conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support post-go-live.

In this remote-certified role, you will leverage your deep understanding of SAP best practices to drive process improvements, contribute to system upgrades, and mentor junior team members. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA, with specific expertise in the PP (Production Planning) module
• Proven track record as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for functional areas in SAP implementations or upgrades
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including production orders, material requirements planning (MRP), and shop floor control
• Proficiency in SAP configuration, testing, and user training
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, international team
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to remote work environments
