• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on scaling operations in tech or e-commerce sectors
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous
