Sopra Steria, a leading European consulting firm specializing in digital transformation and IT services, is looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our SBS team in Madrid. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in guiding agile teams through complex projects, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous delivery.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews; removing impediments to team progress; and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while adapting to the needs of our diverse client portfolio in sectors like finance, public services, and technology. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to optimize workflows, improve velocity, and deliver value-driven solutions.
