• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Android app development
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with strong understanding of Android SDK and Jetpack components
• Experience with modern Android architectures such as MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, Material Design, and tools like Android Studio, Gradle, and Git
• Proven track record of leading development projects and mentoring junior developers
