• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer with 5+ years in building scalable web applications
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python (Django/Flask)
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and experience with ORM tools
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
