• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on data platforms and APIs
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java for building robust server-side applications
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for handling large-scale customer data
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP for data storage and processing
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in an agile environment
• Prior work on Customer Data Platforms or similar data ingestion/segmentation systems is a plus
