• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven expertise in analyzing complex business processes, requirements gathering, and translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar; experience with pharmaceutical data systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
