Wavestone is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant in Agile Organization specializing in the Railway sector to join our Berlin team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping railway organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation and agile adoption. You will assess current organizational structures, identify bottlenecks, and design agile operating models that foster collaboration, speed, and adaptability.

Your responsibilities will include leading workshops and coaching sessions to embed agile practices across departments, from operations to engineering teams. You'll develop customized roadmaps for agile maturity, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and safety standards unique to the rail industry. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll drive cultural shifts towards agility, measure success through KPIs, and provide ongoing support to sustain long-term improvements.

• Proven experience as a senior consultant in agile transformation projects, preferably within the transportation or railway sector

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe as needed
