As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain robust security protocols to protect our proprietary trading systems, client data, and intellectual property. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, developing security policies, and leading penetration testing initiatives to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. You will work closely with software developers, network engineers, and compliance officers to integrate security best practices into every stage of our technology lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH preferred
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a focus on network security, threat detection, and vulnerability management
• Proficiency in tools and technologies including firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco), SIEM systems (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack), and endpoint protection platforms
• Strong knowledge of cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure) and secure coding practices
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation of security processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond to security incidents in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with financial services regulations such as PCI-DSS, SOX, and GDPR
