• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and visualization
• Proficiency in data warehousing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning basics
• Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
