• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, with a focus on ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, or Airflow for data pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including services like S3, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and ensuring data quality and integrity
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
• Experience in the healthcare or SaaS industry is a plus
