• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar, and container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Solid scripting and programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Knowledge of security best practices for DevOps (DevSecOps) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team setting.
• Experience with platform enablement tools and developer experience (DX) improvements is a plus.
