• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on distributed systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Rust, or Python for building high-performance systems
• Deep knowledge of distributed computing concepts including consensus algorithms, fault tolerance, and scalability
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, and message queuing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies and decentralized networks is a plus
