• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical distribution engineering, with a focus on design, modeling, and protection systems
• Proficiency in distribution planning software such as CYME, ETAP, or PSS/E
• In-depth knowledge of utility standards, NERC compliance, and relevant IEEE/ANSI codes
• Strong analytical skills and experience with load flow studies, short-circuit analysis, and arc flash studies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable
• Experience with renewable energy integration or smart grid technologies is a plus
