• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years focused on nuclear power projects
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario or eligibility to obtain one
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of nuclear industry standards, including IEEE, NEC, and Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission regulations
• Experience with high-voltage systems, protection and controls, and instrumentation for nuclear applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with project management principles and budgeting for engineering projects
