• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or related roles, ideally in services or multinational environments
• Proficiency in financial software such as Excel (advanced level), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends accurately
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management
• Knowledge of French GAAP/IFRS and international financial reporting standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote setting with occasional travel
