• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in fragrance development, with a focus on fine fragrances
• Proven track record of leading fragrance projects from concept to launch
• Strong knowledge of fragrance formulation, raw materials, and regulatory standards
• Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams
• Proficiency in fragrance evaluation techniques and trend analysis
• Fluency in English; French language skills preferred
• Experience in the luxury fragrance market is a plus
