• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and databases like SQL Server or Azure SQL
• Expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including services like App Services, Functions, and Cosmos DB
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, MVC) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with API development (RESTful/GraphQL) and security best practices (OAuth, JWT)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus
