• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a FullStack Developer, with strong proficiency in Python (e.g., Django, Flask) and JavaScript (e.g., React, Node.js)
• Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and API development (REST/GraphQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences software development is highly desirable
