Avenga is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to drive business process improvements and IT system implementations in a collaborative remote setting. In this role, you will conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs, document processes using UML diagrams and user stories, and validate solutions against business goals. You will also participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide ongoing support for deployed applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in functional analysis, business process modeling, or IT consulting
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Visio
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous situations
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM platforms is highly desirable
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Relevant certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) preferred
