• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience with GoLang, including building and maintaining distributed systems
• Proven expertise in real-time data processing, networking, and high-performance computing
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Experience with AdTech or similar high-throughput environments
• Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Chicago, IL or Denver, CO
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
